To mark our ninth anniversary, we present the Purple Heart collection — dedicated to inner strength, tenderness, and the journey we have shared with you.
The collection takes its name from amaranth wood, celebrated for its unique violet tone and known as purpleheart. Its natural vibrance inspired a collection uniting signature craftsmanship, exquisite materials, and profound meaning.

A heart created by nature
Amaranth is an exotic wood with a naturally rich purple-burgundy hue in its heartwood. Over time, its colour changes and grows deeper.
We paired the natural purple of amaranth with Italian leather in rose and wine tones, and finished the wooden elements with our signature inlay of pink mother-of-pearl.
In this way, the natural beauty of amaranth unfolds across different textures and colours, giving each piece a character of its own.

Every bag in the Purple Heart collection comes with a heart-shaped charm made of natural amaranth and inlaid with pink mother-of-pearl.
The charm is a symbol of care, sincerity, gratitude and love. It has also become part of the BLACKWOOD Atelier charity initiative supporting older people.
