BLACKWOOD Warranty

All BLACKWOOD bags, eyewear, and accessories come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. It covers manufacturing defects that appear during use.

Bags & Leather Accessories Warranty

If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear of materials.
• Mechanical damage and damage caused by contact with water, chemicals, harsh cleaning products, or high temperatures.
• Deformation caused by overloading or improper storage.
• Leather soiling, including stains and dye transfer from clothing or other items.

Glasses Guarantee

The warranty covers the frame, metal hardware, and movement mechanism.

Please note that the warranty does not cover frame breakage caused by physical, thermal, and chemical influences on the part of the client, nor does it cover the lenses.
