Every Aurora Leopard is individually shaped and assembled by hand at BLACKWOOD Atelier. Solid wood components are precision-machined and sealed with jewellery-grade resin, while the leather body is structured and stitched entirely by hand.
Working with tactile pony hair requires utmost precision: each hide is inspected to align the grain of the nap, and every edge is meticulously sheared to ensure clean, flush junctions with the leather panels.
